Outside Sales Trainee

We are looking for ambitious, business-minded individuals who have an appreciation of the Visual Arts.

The Outside Sales Training program is conducted at our corporate facility in Beaverton, Oregon. The program lasts approximately 12 months, but will vary depending on the individuals background and ability. The trainee will learn about our wide-breadth of product offering to our dealer base and learn how the company operates from the inside departmental areas to the outside - at the dealer level and beyond to the consumer.

Training will include participation in the following during the "immersion" period at our headquarters:

• Product Training
• Cross training in all the sales support areas, Order Desk / Customer Service, Marketing, Information Technology, Purchasing and Accounting.
• Warehouse functions, receiving, packing, kitting.
• Account Visits and Trade Shows
• Sales Meetings

Upon completion of the training program, the trainee will be required to relocate to an assigned U.S. based territory.
